Please read these terms carefully before using this Website. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this Website. This notice is issued by Northern Design & Print (company) the trading name of this company.
TO MAKE A PURCHASE.
Browse our new on-line catalogue and enter your order details into the shopping cart. It is pretty straight forward, but if you would rather make an order by phone, by email, please don’t hesitate to do so.
When you order on-line, you can check out your shopping cart using our very secure payment service, you will be asked a few simple details that will enable your order to be processed quickly without problems.
Mail order payments by cheque or credit card. Cheques made payable to:
Northern Design & Print. All orders must be paid for in full on placing of order.
All prices on our site INCLUDE V.A.T where applicable.
Further discounts are available on bulk orders.
Each order for a Bespoke personalised shirt, or any other items of stock are done to order, and so such are non-refundable.
The only time in which an order would be considered for either exchange or refund would be if the order for was incorrectly completed by Diggin Records.
Please then be sure of the sizes you require on our merch and make sure that the print or embroidery details given are correct and leave no room for error.
For deliveries to mainland UK addresses, the following charges will be charged to cover carriage fees:-
Orders under £50.00: Free.
Orders over £50.00 and under £150.00: Free.
Orders £150.00 and over: £10.00 per order.
Local deliveries will be f.o.c or can be collected from Northern Design & Print.
PLEASE NOTE SOME PARCELS WILL NEED A SIGNATURE.
Delivery will be made by Our Courier or Post Office.
We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained.
We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Times Here at Diggin Records we aim to deliver goods within 5 days of your order, although if Printing or Embroidery is required this could take up to 7 days.
At peak times some goods may not be in stock at the time the order is placed.
In this event we shall contact you the customer to when your order will become available. We also offer a back order system if your order is out of stock.
Please call our customer services within 5 working days of receipt of your order if there are issues with the products you have received.
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the condition of which it was received.
Every effort is made to ensure the goods bought from Diggin Records are of excellent manufacturing quality.
Should there be any issues regarding the quality of a product, or the product has become faulty, Diggin Records reserves the right to return the goods to their manufacturer for inspection before any action will be taken. This can take up to 2 weeks.
All products must be returned in their original condition for our inspection.
We rely on the customer to order the correct sizes, colour & designs as well as quantities.
Any costs involved in exchanging the product, provided it has been dispatched correctly, must be paid by the customer.
EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION CHARGES
Any queries about returns/exchanges can only be dealt with by the person who has originally placed the order with Diggin Records.
Diggin Records items that are ordered incorrectly by the customer and an exchange/return is required (if exchange/return is agreed by Diggin Records supplier) are subject to a handling/administration/carriage charge as detailed below.
20% of Diggin Records unit price per item + any carriage costs incurred by Diggin Records
If returning goods for any reason make sure you contact us first within 7 days of your order.
A charge of 15% of the order value will be charged if cancelled after 7 days.
While the Company endeavours to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, the Company does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website.
The company may make changes to the material on this website may be out of date, and the Company makes no commitment to update such material.
