The buyer is responsible for meeting shipping costs. Postage is from the UK. I will normally send by standard first class post for which I quote, but I would advise registered post if you want it risk free. If the value of the item exceeds standard UK Post Office cover, I will set postage for registered or recorded. Postal systems are the most unpredictable of things.

Australia / New Zealand (Zone 2) - £7 for first item + £1 for each thereafter

UK - £4 for first item + £1 for each thereafter 
UK Signed for - £5.50 for first item + £1 for each item thereafter

Europe - £7.50 for first item + £1.50 for each thereafter 
Europe signed For - £13 + £1.50 for each thereafter 
Europe Tracked - £15 + £1.50 for each thereafter 

Rest of the World - £10 for the first item + £2 for each thereafter

Australia/ New Zealand (Zone 2) - £10 for the first item + £2 for each thereafter 
Australia/ New Zealand (Zone 2) Tracked/ Signed for - £17 for the first item + £2 for each thereafter 

Records are generally sent via the UK Post Office. Their standard service only covers records to the value of £20. UK orders between £20 and £50 will be sent recorded delivery as that insures the value. Orders over that value will have to be sent by Special Delivery with tracking. Orders outside the UK over £20 will be sent by International Tracked and Signed where possible and Tracked if that is the only option. this ensures your delivery is fully covered so no-one loses out. 

Please note that any orders weighing over 2KG or are requiring additional insurance for a value over £50 will have to be quoted on an individual basis.

Delivery will be made by Our Courier or Post Office.

We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained.

 

We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Delivery Times Here at Diggin Records we aim to deliver goods within 5 days of your order, although this could take up to 7 days.

 

At peak times some goods may not be in stock at the time the order is placed.

In this event we shall contact you the customer to when your order will become available. We also offer a back order system if your order is out of stock. 

 

Please call our customer services within 5 working days of receipt of your order if there are issues with the products you have received.

 

The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the condition of which it was received.

 

Every effort is made to ensure the goods bought from Diggin Records are of excellent manufacturing quality.

 

Should there be any issues regarding the quality of our Merch products, or the product has become faulty, Diggin Records  reserves the right to return the goods to their manufacturer for inspection before any action will be taken. This can take up to 2 weeks.
